Product Introduction
The electromagnetic dry powder iron remover uses electromagnetic super strong force to remove ferromagnetic impurities (iron filings, magnetic ore particles, etc.) in fine dry powder materials (such as mineral powder, battery materials, chemical powders, ceramic raw materials, quartz sand, etc.). Its core is to generate a super strong magnetic field (adjustable strength by current) through an energized electromagnetic coil and focus it on the working area through a magnetic circuit system. When the material flows through the magnetic field, iron impurities are adsorbed due to strong magnetic adsorption force, while non-magnetic materials are smoothly discharged. The removal of adsorbed impurities can be done manually (shutdown cleaning) or automatically (power-off demagnetization self dumping, mechanical scraping, vibration detachment).
