Product Introduction

The RCDA series air-cooled suspended electromagnetic iron remover uses air conditioning fans or axial fans for forced air cooling of the internal excitation coil; When the working environment of the iron remover is good, an air conditioning fan is used for heat dissipation. When the working environment of the iron remover is harsh (such as large dust, coal dust, and smoke), an axial flow fan is used for heat dissipation. This model has the characteristics of reasonable structural design, easy use, low failure rate, and wide range of use. It is used for iron removal of any material on conveyor belts and plays a reliable protective role for various types of crushers, grinders, and other equipment.

Technical Features

The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, with a large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force.

Special air duct design, axial flow fan forced air cooling, large air volume, high air pressure, making the coil dissipate heat quickly, low temperature rise, and small difference in magnetic field between cold and hot states.

The coil is treated with special immersion paint insulation and curing technology, which is resistant to oxidation and corrosion, improving the insulation performance of the whole machine and ensuring long-term continuous operation without aging.

Technical Specifications

Note: All models in this series have reinforced T1, T2, and T3 product designs that are higher than the national standard. The rated magnetic field strength at the lifting height is 90mT, 120mT, and 150mT, respectively, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
