Technical Features

◆The excitation coil is specially designed to facilitate the transfer of heat to the transformer oil, effectively reducing the temperature of the coil.

◆The coil insulation is F-grade, using a new type of high-temperature thermal oil. The oil circuit design is reasonable, smooth and unobstructed, with fast circulation and high heat dissipation efficiency.

◆The coil is completely immersed in sealed cooling oil and has excellent dust, moisture, and corrosion resistance capabilities.

◆Ripple type heat dissipation fins significantly increase the heat dissipation area, and the temperature rise of the continuous coil is ≤ 70 ℃ for a long time, reaching the technical level of similar foreign products.

◆ Automatic iron unloading, easy maintenance, drum shaped structure with belt automatic correction function, specially designed fully sealed bearing seat, can achieve long-term trouble free operation.

Technical Specifications

Note: All models in this series have reinforced T1, T2, and T3 product designs that are higher than the national standard. The rated magnetic field strength at the lifting height is 90mT, 120mT, and 150mT, respectively, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
