Product Introduction
The WG series non-magnetic idler is a non-magnetic linear parallel idler. It is specially processed and manufactured using imported non-magnetic materials, and installed under the belt at the bottom of the suspended iron remover in the belt conveyor. The non-magnetic support roller is installed 50-150mm higher than the flat support roller at the bottom of the belt conveyor, and is used in conjunction with the suspended iron remover. When the material passes above the non-magnetic support roller, the material is in a dispersed state, and iron impurities mixed in the middle or bottom of the material are exposed from the material, which can help the iron remover effectively improve the iron removal rate.
