Technical Features

◆Adopting an upward suction installation method, the selection rate of large iron pieces is high.

◆The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, with a unique magnetic circuit design that has a large magnetic penetration depth and can achieve a high surface magnetic field. It adopts an upward suction installation method, effectively penetrating thick material layers and effectively adsorbing large and weak magnetic iron.  

◆ No need for electrical excitation, energy-saving, automatic iron unloading.

◆Rare earth neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material is used as a magnetic source, with stable and reliable magnetic properties, ensuring a demagnetization rate of less than 5% within eight years.

◆Install along the direction of the belt, reducing installation space and suitable for belt installation at any angle.

◆The structure is compact and reasonable, easy to maintain, and can operate safely without faults for a long time.
