The RCDB series dry electromagnetic iron remover (also known as the PDC series disc or RCDY series) is a device used for removing impurities from non-magnetic materials in powder or block form. It is internally cast with electrical specific resin and features a self cooling fully sealed structure. It has the characteristics of high magnetic penetration depth, strong suction, dust prevention, rain resistance, and corrosion resistance, and can still operate reliably in harsh environments. Its main performance indicators meet or exceed the requirements of JB/T7689-97 standard, which is used for removing iron from any material in front of the crusher and on the conveyor belt, and can be applied to various harsh environmental conditions. The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, with a large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force. Internally, it is made of electrical specific resin casting, with a self cooling sealing structure that is dust-proof, rainproof, and corrosion-resistant. Wave wing type heat sink greatly increases the heat dissipation area and effectively controls temperature rise. It can effectively absorb 0.1-45 kilograms of ferromagnetic substances mixed in non-magnetic materials.
