Accuracy and maintenance of electronic belt scales
The accuracy of the electronic belt scale and its actual use accuracy are two different things. The manufacturer's statement is that the accuracy of use depends on the installation quality and maintenance level of the electronic belt scale, and it is “depending on” Three words should alert the user. Under the conditions of good installation quality, sound maintenance system, complete calibration facilities and careful operation, the electronic belt scale can achieve an accuracy of ±0.5% or higher, such as the electronic belt scale used in most domestic power plants for coal-fired measurement. . However, if the installation is not good or the maintenance work is extensive, the accuracy of the use of the electronic belt scale will be greatly reduced, and errors of ±3%, ±5% or even a dozen% may occur. Although the accuracy of the belt scale is hard to be better than ±1% (equivalent), in the case of poor running condition of the belt conveyor and almost no maintenance, the initial accuracy can be maintained, for example, the full value ± (1~ 3)%.
Most electronic belt scales (especially those with slightly higher accuracy) are large and complex. For example, the multi-trailer scale with balance weight in the multi-roller electronic belt scale often has a weight of over 1000kg. The brackets and stringers are reinforced. The choice of mounting location is critical, and it is usually required to install where the belt tension is small and the tension changes are small, and the belt conveyor should be stopped during installation.
From the maintenance point of view, the accuracy of the use of the electronic belt scale is subject to the "depending on" limit conditions, to ensure that the belt tension is constant, the belt does not run off, the scale is not ash, the roller is calibrated and other operating conditions, the operator is required Carefully maintained and regularly simulated or physically verified. We can say this: the higher the accuracy requirements of the electronic belt scale, the more frequent the maintenance work and the greater the maintenance workload.
In contrast, the belt scale requires less maintenance work, except that the ash accumulation of the detector (or source) under the belt affects the accuracy, and the rest does not require frequent maintenance, but only the monthly verification board. The analog verification can be performed, and the analog verification by the verification board is much simpler than the electronic belt scale using the hanging code and the rolling chain.
It can be seen that belt scales have obvious advantages in terms of installation and maintenance.
